Relaxing space and music for students to practice, meditate, or stretch on their own. No phones. No talking. Ambient lighting. Use this time to reconnect and realign.

Power yoga is a fast-paced, intense style of yoga that focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance. It can include challenging positions and holding poses for longer than usual.
